Amundi Issuance has established a First Supplement to the Prospectus to which the Autorité des marchés financiers (« AMF ») has granted the visa n° 17-064 on 20 February 2017.

Copies of the Prospectus and the First Supplement to the Prospectus are available without charge at the head office of Amundi Issuance 90 boulevard Pasteur, 75015 Paris, France.
