The Figeac Aéro Group (ticker symbol: FGA), a reference partner of leading aeronautics industry companies, is proud to announce that it was awarded the Factory of the Future and Industrial Performance prize at the Trophées 2016 de l'Aéronautique event.

The Group's Factory of the Future, based at the Figeac site, will be one of the most modern in Europe with about 12 automated in-line machining units, a robotised metal part deburring system, an automated washing unit and an automatic 3-dimensional part control system. The factory will be a model of success in terms of technology, process and performance.

Organised by the Tribune Toulouse, this must-see event of the aeronautics industry is dedicated exclusively to SME and mid-tier companies in the aeronautics supply chain. This meeting allows to discover new business lines and specialties in the world of aeronautics today for the airplanes of the future.

"We are very happy to win this new prize that fully reflects the state of mind of our company: industrial performance as a driver for growth" declared Jean-Claude Maillard, Founding Chairman of Figeac Aéro.

With a solid industrial footprint, the Group plans to continue its dynamic growth and maintain its ambitious objectives to March 2020 with revenue between €650 and 750 million[1], i.e. a nearly three-fold increase in business in four years, accompanied by a stable EBITDA margin at present levels.
