As of February 7 th , 2017 Scope Ratings attributed the top AAA rating with stable outlook to the Compagnie de Financement Foncier's issuance programs. It proves the quality of its cover pool and demonstrates the soundness and stability of refinancing model of Crédit Foncier, affiliate of Groupe BPCE.
