Le conseil d'administration réuni le 30 mars 2016, a constaté que les négociations entre Orange et Bouygues n'étaient pas suffisamment avancées.
Il se réunira donc avant la fin du week-end prochain afin de prendre une position définitive sur la poursuite de ce projet de rapprochement.
